Legal basis
Processing of the form is based on the consent given before submission. You can withdraw it at any time by contacting the association.
Recipients
The data is accessible to authorised members of the association and the technical providers needed for the service: hosting, security, n8n automation and Monday contact management.
Retention
Data is retained for as long as necessary to handle and follow up on the enquiry, then deleted or archived where required by law.
Hosting
The site is hosted by OVH SAS. The enquiry passes through the site’s server and n8n to Monday. If you choose the fallback email, the rules of the email service used also apply.
