The association 1001 Diversités builds a commons for the public good to support social, societal and environmental change. Because this change cannot simply be decreed, it makes available stories that open up possibilities, shared knowledge and tools that work in practice, helping people understand, raise awareness, learn, find direction and take action.
Our method
What exists in one place should be useful elsewhere.
Too many initiatives remain tied to a team, a local area or a single knowledgeable person. 1001 gives them a structure that makes them understandable, shareable and useful in other contexts. This three-step method — gather, test, share — puts the promise “Tell stories, share knowledge, transform” into practice.
